Privacy Policy

We only collect what we need to talk to you and to understand how the marketing site is used.

• Demo signups via /get-a-demo: your full name, work email, company, team size, and an optional free-text description of what you're trying to solve.
• Standard server logs: IP address, browser user-agent, and request timestamps. These are produced by our hosting provider and rotated on their schedule.
• Site analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization to understand aggregate site usage (which pages are read, where visits come from). We do not build profiles of individual visitors.

• No user accounts, no passwords, no session cookies.
• No payment information — the site doesn't sell anything.
• No telemetry from the open-source CLI @rely-ai/caliber. It runs entirely on your machine and never reports back to us.
• No third-party advertising trackers.

The third parties that process information on our behalf:

• Attio — CRM that stores demo-signup contact details so we can follow up. Attio privacy policy.
• Google Analytics 4 — anonymized site analytics. Google privacy policy.
• Railway — the hosting platform that serves this site. Railway privacy policy.

Demo-signup contact details are retained for as long as we're in active outreach with you, or until you ask us to delete them. Server logs and analytics events follow the retention schedules of our processors above (typically months, not years).

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. That covers the rights granted by GDPR (EU/UK) and CCPA (California) for the limited data we hold. Email support@caliber-ai.dev with your request and we'll respond within 30 days.

We'll post material changes to this policy here at least 30 days before they take effect. The last-updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
