Terms of Service
Last updated: June 15, 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing this site at caliber-ai.dev or by interacting with any Caliber-provided service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the site.
2. The open-source CLI
Our open-source command-line tool @rely-ai/caliber is governed by its own license, published in the project repository. These Terms cover the marketing site and the managed service only, not your use of the open-source CLI.
Repository: github.com/caliber-ai-org/ai-setup.
3. The managed product
The Caliber managed product is in private beta. Access is granted on a per-customer basis under a separate written agreement that governs the specifics of that engagement (data handling, deployment, support). These Terms govern your interaction with this public site — they do not by themselves grant any right to use the managed product.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape the site at scale or attempt to bypass any rate limiting.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site or any Caliber-operated service without our written permission.
- Submit information you don't have the right to share (including personal data of third parties).
- Use the site or any output of the open-source CLI to harm others or to violate applicable law.
5. No warranties; limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US $100). This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
6. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the site after that date constitutes acceptance.
We may suspend or restrict access to the site (in whole or for a specific visitor) if we reasonably believe the acceptable-use clause has been violated.
7. Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
